Best Yoga Book Out There!

A dear friend gave me a copy of this book (paperback) in 1978 and I absolutely love it. Over the years, I wore it out and it fell apart. I was thrilled to find this hardcover copy! This is the simplest, easiest yoga book out there. If you follow the plan for 28 days as it suggests, you will see results! Anyone can do these yoga poses even if you are carrying excess weight. Each pose can be done in moderation until you become stronger and leaner. Just keep doing the poses and eventually you will become a master. The mother of learning is repetition! You can have the hard core yoga books or instructions....I'll take nice and easy. Yoga is beneficial not only to tone your body/figure, but it also takes care of your organs and works your body from the inside out. Yoga helps line up your body, mind and soul. If you are like me and you don't want to huff & puff with aerobics, then this book is for you. I am in my 50s, yoga and walking are all I need in regards to exercise. Richard Hittleman's Yoga book is simply the best!!!
